Scott has both a background in accounting and technology, having spent the start of his career with Chester Grey he ventured to the UK where is specialised in Project Management.Scott returned to NZ with his family to take up a partnership with Chester Grey, heading up ICT, providing software solutions, implementation, training and support to a wide range of clients as well as acting as the Business Manager
Stephen is well known for his continuous commitment to the growth of small to medium sized businesses over the last 20 years. He is a founder member of the NZICA Business Development Specialists Group and frequently presents seminars on business development topics.
Stephen has developed close working relationships with his clients, including directorships, and is integrally involved in their success.
Venay joined Chester Grey in 2002 with solid experience in commercial financial accounting and as part of the Manager Team has extended his knowledge of taxation, compliance accounting and business practices for SME’s. Venay continues to build his skills and knowledge in business relations with our clients. He is developing extensive knowledge in specialised industry such as investments, trucking and engineering sector to name a few.
Venay has a Bachelor of Commerce, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and member of CAANZ
Ashreen joined Chester Grey in 2019 with 5 years experience at other Xero Partner Chartered Accounting firms. Ashreen has extensive knowledge and experience in GST returns, PAYE returns, FBT returns, payroll systems, forecasting and budgeting, management accounts, managing workflow and billing plus conducting Xero training for clients.
Ashreen has a Bachelor of Business, a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and is currently completing CPA qualifications.
Originally from India, Prabhjit joined Chester Grey in 2019 and has a portfolio of clients within a range of industries. Prabhjit has extensive experience completing a range of tasks including GST, Management Reports, Cash Flows, Income tax returns and Annual Financial Accounts.
Prabhjit is fluent in Hindi and English and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of CAANZ, as well as a member of ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India). Prabhjit has a post graduate diploma in Accounting.
Sanjana joined Chester Grey in 2006 as the Tax Desk Administrator and has gained experience assisting our clients with their tax payments and IRD issues; ACC compliance and payroll.
Sanjana has moved into the accounting team and is completing FBT, GST, Income Tax returns and Financial Accounts as well as helping clients with payroll.
Sanjana has a Diploma in Business Management and a Bachelor of Business.
Susan started with Chester Grey in 2006 and brought with her a wide range of skills from an extensive finance and office management background and a sound knowledge of SAGE Evolution, Exonet and Infusion systems.
Susan has extensive experience with the preparation of financial reports, tax returns, GST, FBT and RWT returns; Payroll systems – Smart Payroll, Comaac, Ace and IMS; Inventory systems and assisting clients with day to day administration and reporting
Hailing from Argentina, Gisela joined the Chester Grey team in 2019 and brings her vast experience in accounts and payroll for businesses to her role as a Bookkeeper, providing "Back Office" services to our clients.
Gisela graduated from the University of Buenos Aires with a Bachelor in Business Administration and went on to work for several multi-national companies before moving to New Zealand, where Gisela completed a Diploma in Business Accounting at AUT.
Karryn joined Chester Grey in 2019 as a Bookkeeper and is part of the team providing ‘Back Office’ services to our clients.
Karryn has over 20 years experience in accounts and administration, working for a variety of different businesses – ranging from Food distribution, Engineering to Sheetmetal industries, and she is now putting these skills and experience to use in the Back Office team.
Shelley joined the Chester Grey Backoffice Team as a Bookkeeper in 2018
Shelley has previously worked in the importation & distribution of motorcycles and construction industries. She brings with her extensive administration and office management skills.
Sondra started her career in the Banking industry where she had experience as a Business Manager looking after small business clients. After leaving the banking industry to start a family she owned and operated a flower growing business specializing in growing Cymbidium Orchids for the Export Market. Sondra has also worked as a part-time bookkeeper for several companies and has payroll and administration experience.
Sondra joined the Chester Grey team in 2019 as a bookkeeper, providing "Back Office" services to our clients.
