Covid-19 Message of Support to our clients and wider network

Clearly, we are entering unprecedented times with the Government’s announcement of a move to Level 4 of the newly created Pandemic alert system.

We’re all still learning and working towards what that actually means for ourselves and for our clients and their respective businesses.However, we first and foremost want you to know we are prepared and have been working on this eventuality with the development of our business continuity plan.

What this means for us is we will initiate the remote working policy we have established which enables all our team – yes, all our team – to be able to have that ability to work from home. They will liaise via video conferencing each day to keep up the communication and normal workflow discussions.

That same option is now also there for clients who would prefer the face to face without the physical presence – I dare say this will become part of the 'norm’ for a lot of us going forward.

Clearly, we’re still on email and also by phone – all our DDi’s will be redirected to mobiles and we have published the DDi’s on our 'Meet the Team' page. Please do not hesitate to call, email or ask for a video hook up – there are no doubt lots of questions about business continuity and viability leading into this lock up and beyond – we are here to listen, interpret and offer our best advice possible as to how to manage through this situation.

A great comment shared from a client just recently which sums this up; our grandparents were called to fight for their country, we’re being called on to sit on our couch and wash our hands – let’s not stuff (I’ve replaced the profanity for the younger audience) this up.
